• Skills evaluations – Conducting assessments, based on job requirements and your requests, such as blueprint reading, English ruler reading, and rough carpentry
• Drug screens – Conducting tests according to your request

• Safety training – Completing basic safety training, proper lifting, HAZCOM, blood-borne pathogen and any requested job-specific training

• Performance monitoring – Working with each associate’s supervisor throughout the assignment to monitor performance and ensure continued satisfaction
• Payroll and benefits management – Managing all new-hire paperwork, payroll, taxes, unemployment claims, workers' compensation claims, and benefits for every associate we assign
