Substitute Teacher Process Outsourcing

Our fully managed program, in partnership with K-12 school systems, provides qualified substitute teachers to staff and manage classrooms when teachers are absent. 

From recruiting and screening, to filling absenteeism orders directly from teachers, to payroll and tracking, we ensure classrooms are supervised and learning is not interrupted.  More than half of our substitutes are certified or hold a Bachelor's/higher education degree.

• Consistently delivers a 98 percent fill rate
• Provided 377 substitute teachers in one day for one school system

• Improved the fill rate for difficult-to-fill special education classes from 80 percent to 96 percent
