Stacey LaneStacey Lane
Executive Vice President of Field Operations

Stacey Lane, CSP, is the Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Advantage Resourcing and its sister companies Atterro and Staffmark. She is responsible for creating solutions that leverage our Talent resources and expertise to address our clients’ needs.  In her role, she ensures operational and service excellence by enhancing employee attraction and engagement programs and supporting our internal teams across all business units and specialty divisions. 

Stacey has more than 26 years of staffing industry experience and is active in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Women in Leadership Council through the American Staffing Association, as well as volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank and Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.  She is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.

Sally TaylorSally Taylor
Regional Vice President, Mid South Commercial

Sally has successfully progressed her career over the past 35 years starting with our company in a Staffing Specialist role, moving up to a Branch Manager where she was consistently ranked in the top tier in both revenue and profitability.   In 1986 she expanded her area of responsibility by opening new locations, developing and leading an Area of 10 Branches with continuous growth and profitability.  In 2009, she has promoted to Regional Vice-President over the Mid South Region which consists of 21 branches and 2 On-Sites covering multi-states throughout the South. Sally has been received national recognition on multiple occasions for her significant contributions to Advantage Resourcing.  Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. 

Kristina HaydenKristina Hayden
Sr. Regional Vice President, West Commercial

Kristina Hayden, Sr. Regional Vice President for the West Coast Commercial Division at Advantage Resourcing, a global staffing pioneer providing innovative workforce solutions. Joining Advantage in 2009, Kristina is directly responsible for the leadership, growth, and business development strategies throughout the West Region.  Her success in optimizing sales with a specialized focus on retail account growth has successfully lead the West Region to exceed their commitments yearly.  Kristina received the Advantage Resourcing CEO Spotlight Year Award in 2016 for her outstanding contribution and performance.

Kristina has over 20 years of staffing industry experience with executive leadership responsibilities.  Prior to joining Advantage Resourcing, she held key leadership positions with: Helpmates Companies, Venturi Staffing, Thomas Staffing, and Adia Personnel.  Kristina lives in Los Angeles County with her husband and two daughters. 

Judy CulpepperJudy Culpepper
Regional Vice President, Southeast Commercial

Judy Culpepper joined Advantage Resourcing in 2017 as the RVP of the Southeast Region . In her role, Judy is responsible for leadership in operations and sales initiatives in these markets.  Her greatest passion is in driving market sales through building strong teams.  Judy started in the industry as a recruiter and since that time as worked into territory sales, and branch management. Her strengths haven been proven by putting together strong talent, providing a positive, motivating and competitive workforce.  Long term relationships is what has kept her successful in the industry. 

Prior to joining the Advantage Resourcing Team, Judy started her career with the Lucas Group for 3 years and TRC Staffing for over 18 years. She holds a BA Degree from NC State University.  Judy currently resides in Woodstock, GA.

Tiffany TremblayTiffany Tremblay
Director, Strategic Initiatives

Tiffany Tremblay joined Advantage Resourcing in 2016 as the Director of Strategic Solutions. In her role, Tiffany oversees the design, implementation, and support of our On-Site Services offering.   Additionally, she is responsible for leadership in field sales training, research and development of sale’s initiatives, and implementation of sales plans at corporate and field levels.  Passionate about all things sales related, Tiffany has seen success in leading, mentoring and growing sales teams while increasing market share. Tiffany’s ability to listen, consult, and build relationships has also led her to maximize partnerships and exceed clients’ expectations.

Prior to joining the Advantage Resourcing Team, Tiffany spent six years with Hire Dynamics and 5 years with TRC Staffing Services in various sales/management roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, and earned her Master of Science Degree in Information Studies from Florida State University as well.  An active member in the American Staffing Association, Tiffany currently serves on the board for the Georgia Staffing Association and holds a CSP Certification.  Tiffany currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Tom SchmidtTom Schmidt
Sr. Vice President, Technical Services

Tom Schmidt is the Senior Vice President of our Technical Business Unit, which includes the Technical and Automotive businesses at Advantage Resourcing, as well as Professional Services division at Staffmark (affiliated sister company). Tom’s organization is responsible for ensuring our client’s competitive success by providing highly skilled Talent and Talent services within the Information Technology, Engineering and Finance specialties across North America.

Tom has more than 22 years of U.S. and Global experience in the Staffing, Technical Services and Talent Acquisition industries. Tom is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Erin KamenoffErin Kamenoff
Senior Vice President, Automotive

Erin Kamenoff is responsible for the leadership and profitability of Advantage Resourcing’s Automotive Division.  Erin’s team provides staffing solutions to Ford, Fiat Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, and Land Rover/Jaguar as well their Tier 1 suppliers.  Since its inception in the late 1980’s, this unit has focused on Engineering, IT and Skilled Trades.  Under Erin’s leadership, the division has grown to be one of the largest suppliers of OEM talent in North America. 

Starting her career with Advantage in 1990, Erin has held positions in ever-increasing scope and responsibility spanning recruiting, sales, sales management and divisional management, all as a key contributor to the Automotive division becoming the premier brand within the company. A specialty practice group of Technical Assistance for dealership support within the OEM’s is a program specific to the Automotive unit and was developed under Erin’s leadership over 20 years ago, providing exceptional levels of service to the customer.  

Erin holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University.
Richard KohlerRichard Kohler
Vice President, Strategic Accounts & National Recruiting Centers

Mr. Kohler has more than 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology field in positions ranging from Programmer to Account Executive to Vice President.  The last 20 years he has held Senior Sales Management roles enjoying an extraordinary history of opening new accounts with some of most well know companies in the world.  Additionally, Mr. Kohler has demonstrated the ability to increase revenue with existing clients, build and manage high performing sales teams/delivery teams, and an exceptional ability to establish customer relationships resulting in a trusted advisor status.  I fact, many of his customers have worked with him for more than 20 years.  Mr. Kohler is known for his ability to build successful cultures among his teams resulting in low turnover and team member longevity.

Mr. Kohler graduated from Syracuse University with high honors. He has a BS Degree in Management Data Systems and Marketing.   He enjoys traveling, golfing and softball where his team won a slow pitch World Masters Tournament Championship and he was named Tournament Defensive MVP and selected to the All World Tournament Team.  Mr. Kohler resides in upstate NY with his wife Maureen.

Matt AndersonMatt Anderson
Vice President, East Technical

Matt Anderson was promoted to Vice President of the East Region for Advantage Resourcing’s Technical Division in 2016.  In this role Mr. Anderson is responsible for the Information Technology and Engineering Services for the mid-Atlantic and Northeast in addition to his responsibilities with the National Custom IT Group. Mr. Anderson joined the company in 2000 to lead and grow the Technology Lifecycle Services Team (TLS).   Through the first five years the TLS team grew to over $12M in revenue and provided services for major technology projects throughout the United States.  Due to the success of the TLS team, Mr. Anderson was promoted to Director of the Custom IT Team which encompassed major IT clients where custom solutions were required to meet the client’s needs.   The combination of Matt’s continued success and his significant project management background, the Healthcare Solutions Team was added to his overall scope of responsibilities in 2010.  The Healthcare Solutions Team provided support on some of the nation’s largest Electronic Medical Record Go-Live’s. 

Prior to Advantage Mr. Anderson held leadership roles with large IT Integration and Services firms.  As the Regional Service Manager at INACOM Information Services he was responsible for the 24x7 services for enterprise clients in 6 states.  As a Program Manager with WANG Global Services Mr. Anderson was responsible for all end user computing and network services at a 10,000 seat client.

Mr. Anderson holds a current PMP with the Project Management Institute and several industry certifications (MCP,CNA,CSP).  When not working Matt enjoys spending time with his family boating and fishing, and most of all watching his daughter play softball.

Becky HarrisBecky Harris
Regional Vice President, South Technical

In her current role. Becky is responsible for the growth and expansion of both Advantage Resourcing’s Oil and Gas Practice as well the West Central Region.  She has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry in a variety of roles starting in recruiting and business development all the way through senior leadership roles.    

Known as a great developer of teams, Becky has a history of leading highly successful teams whose key contributors have gone on to be impactful leaders.  Additionally, Becky is often called upon to guide branches outside of her areas of responsibility through difficult turn-around situations.

Becky lives in Spring, TX with her Husband and 3 children.
