Align people and companies to create opportunity.
The definition of opportunity is “a set of circumstances that make it possible to do something.” We provide the circumstances – the expertise, connections, and technology – to help people and companies succeed. If you need a job, we want to provide it. And if you need staff, we want to deliver the best candidate. Opportunity is everywhere, but it’s not always easy to uncover. We partner with you to help you find it.
Change the world – one person, one job, one community at a time.
Each of us has the power to change the world. And when a group of people come together with a common goal, anything is possible. With each hire, we aim to enrich lives, help companies thrive, and drive community growth. Together, we can make the world a better place.
We provide a high-quality service to our clients and talent, and seek to earn their trust and respect each and every day.
With a little grit, perseverance, and hard work, each of us has the opportunity to succeed. Stay hungry!
We are grateful for each other, our talent, our clients, and to be part of this industry. We appreciate and value everyone who contributes to our mission.
Everyone is welcome here. This is a team effort. We look out for one another, and we know that we can’t do any of this alone. We are family.
We care deeply about the communities in which we live and do business. We give back by donating our time and resources.
We do our best work when we are engaged and having fun. We do what we love – and it shows.
Our company is committed to being a great partner to the communities we serve. Our team members have worked at community food banks, cleaned community gardens, mentored our youth, and much more.
Through our Operation: Hired program, Advantage Resourcing works with veterans to translate the skills and experience they’ve gained in the military to applicable roles in the civilian workforce. We want to help ease the transition from military service to civilian career success.
Operation: Hired was initially launched in the Cincinnati and surrounding markets in January of 2015. Since its inception, we have worked with hundreds of applicants at various stages of their civilian careers. The program has been a win for both veterans and our clients; our veterans gain an advocate and job partner, and our clients gain access to dedicated, hard-working employees with proven results.
You served our country, now it’s our turn to serve you. Contact your local Advantage Resourcing office today and put our team to work for you!
